End-User License Agreement – AW Connector

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the AW Connector (the "Connector"), a private application developed by Aegis Works LLC ("Aegis Works") to connect its own QuickBooks Online company file to its internal bookkeeping assistant. By connecting or using the Connector, the user agrees to this Agreement.

1. Licensee

The only licensed user of the Connector is Aegis Works LLC itself, acting through its authorized personnel. The Connector is not sold, distributed, or offered to the public or to any outside customer.

2. License grant

Aegis Works LLC is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Connector solely for its own internal bookkeeping and accounting purposes.

3. Restrictions

The Connector may not be:

  • Sold, sublicensed, rented, or distributed to any third party

  • Used to access any QuickBooks company other than Aegis Works LLC's own

  • Used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Intuit's terms of service

4. Data and privacy

Use of data accessed through the Connector is described in the AW Connector Privacy Policy. Data is used only for internal bookkeeping and is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. No warranty

The Connector is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Aegis Works does not warrant that the Connector will be error-free or uninterrupted. Users should review bookkeeping results before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Works and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to use of the Connector. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount, if any, paid for the Connector.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect while the Connector is connected to QuickBooks Online. It may be terminated at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online, which revokes the Connector's access. Aegis Works may also discontinue the Connector at any time. Sections 5, 6, and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

Aegis Works may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
